General questions

Who is J.F. Pfeiffer

Founded exactly 100 years ago in Switzerland over the following decades this quaint office supply shop grew to be a leading company for office products. The success was based on Continental typewriters, Monroe calculating machines and Edison Dick copying machines. None of these brands exist anymore. We still do! This is a result of our ability to foresee trends and to choose the right path. 100 years of experience that haven proven right and that we are happy to hand on to you.

Why should I buy at Pfeiffer?

Very simple: From us you will get quality products at the best possible price. Seen from a business perspective, there is no way in avoiding us. We would like to send you a sample package in order for you to convince yourself of our products.

Why are the prices at Pfeiffer so low?

1.   We pass on our volume discounts in full to our customers

2.   We already commission our goods in China and send them directly to our customers. This makes an intermediary warehouse superfluous.

3.   We follow a fair price policy. And this means prices on most products of 30 % - 50 % less than current price levels.

How do I order from J.F. Pfeiffer?

Preferably by electronic means, via email or internet. Of course we accept orders via any other communication channels (Fax, Phone).

Which products can I buy from J.F. Pfeiffer?

We mainly sell products of the Peach brand. Peach has enjoyed an excellent reputation for years and convinces due to its excellent value for money as well as its fresh and modern appearance.

When do the Pfeiffer benefits fully come into play?

1.   Time: The longer you can wait the better prices we can offer you

2.   Incoterms 2000: We recommend ordering the goods „FOB China“. Of course we will support you in sourcing the most cost effective logistics partner

3.   Quantity: Preferably order a 20‘ or 40‘ container. Of course we supply smaller quantities, but need to charge a handling fee of 100 €.
